How I Got Here
I started in education, where I learned how to take complex information and turn it into something clear, usable, and repeatable.
Then I moved into real estate training, operations, and finance. My titles were Market Center Administrator and Tech Trainer, which meant I led operations and finances for a 450-agent brokerage during a $1B+ year while training agents of all levels technology implementation through systems and models. That experience taught me how businesses really run and where “high performance” quietly turns into overload.
And then life got personal. When my son was born with a congenital heart condition, everything changed. I had to get ruthless about priorities and build systems that worked in the real world, not in theory. That season is what shaped the way I teach and consult now, both in my own business and through my partnership with I Love Coaching Co.
I don’t preach perfection. I help people build structure that protects what matters most.
Giving Back (and why)
My son was born with a congenital heart condition. He’s had six heart surgeries (and counting). He’s the catalyst for everything I do now. It’s also why I care deeply about helping people build lives that don’t collapse under pressure.
That season forced me to get serious about what matters, how we spend time, and how we build structure that holds up when life is real. It’s also why I advocate for The Children’s Heart Foundation. Research changes outcomes. Families deserve better answers and better odds.
A portion of what I earn goes to supporting the Children’s Heart Foundation, and I use my platform to share resources, awareness, and the realities behind congenital heart defects.
